Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Paradym Solutions Inc. (“Paradym,” “we,” or “us”) handles information associated with Paradym OS and its customer service portal (the “Platform”). It covers Platform use by our personnel, contractors and customer representatives.
1. Information handled
Depending on your use of the Platform, we may handle names, business contact information, account credentials, assigned customer and site information, quotes, job and service records, technician time entries, invoices, payment status, and information entered into service requests. The Platform may also process technical records needed to operate and protect accounts.
2. How information is used
We use this information to manage user access, respond to service requests, schedule and document work, prepare estimates, issue invoices, maintain operational records, communicate with customers, perform accounting reconciliation and maintain the security and reliability of the Platform.
3. QuickBooks integration
When Paradym authorizes a QuickBooks Online connection, the Platform exchanges information needed for the enabled accounting functions, including customer details, invoice amounts, sales tax information and payment status. This data is used for Paradym’s business accounting and is not sold or used for third-party advertising. QuickBooks Online is operated by Intuit and subject to Intuit’s applicable privacy practices.
4. Other service providers
The Platform is hosted using third-party infrastructure and may rely on services for database storage, application hosting and delivery of operational emails. These providers may process information as needed to deliver the services used by Paradym. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect legal rights and security.
5. Access and security
Access to Platform records is intended to be limited according to authorized user roles and customer assignments. We use administrative and technical controls to protect Platform data. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure; users should keep passwords private and report suspected unauthorized access.
6. Retention
We retain records for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, accounting, administration, security, dispute resolution and applicable legal obligations. Retention varies by record type; closing an account does not necessarily delete invoices, service history or other business records.
7. Requests about your information
If you wish to ask about, correct or request deletion of information associated with your account, contact Paradym using its established business contact channels. Requests are reviewed subject to identity verification, applicable laws and legitimate business-record requirements.
8. Updates
We may revise this policy as the Platform and its integrations change. The current version and its effective date will be posted on this page.
