Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to Paradym OS and the associated customer service portal (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Paradym Solutions Inc. (“Paradym,” “we,” or “us”). The Platform is used to administer Paradym’s business operations and communicate with its customers.

1. Access and authorized users

The Platform is intended for Paradym personnel, authorized contractors and approved customer representatives. Accounts are issued or authorized by Paradym. Users must keep credentials confidential and are responsible for activity conducted using their accounts. Access must be limited to the work and customer records the user is permitted to handle.

2. Permitted use

The Platform may be used for proposals, job coordination, service requests, time records, invoicing, related communications and authorized integrations. Users may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Platform’s operation, upload malicious code, or use the Platform unlawfully.

3. Customer submissions

Customer representatives are responsible for the accuracy of service requests and contact information they submit. Submitting a request does not guarantee a particular response time, service appointment or outcome. Existing service agreements and written project terms govern the underlying services provided by Paradym.

4. Accounting and third-party services

The Platform may exchange authorized invoice, customer and payment-status information with QuickBooks Online and other services used in Paradym’s operations. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms. The Platform does not replace review of accounting records or other professional obligations.

5. Ownership

Paradym OS, its interface, workflows and related materials are owned by Paradym or its licensors, except where another party’s rights apply. Access does not grant any ownership interest or a right to copy, resell or distribute the software.

6. Availability and security

Paradym may update, maintain or restrict access to the Platform as operational needs require. Users should report suspected unauthorized account access promptly. We take reasonable steps to manage access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Suspension and termination

Paradym may suspend or terminate access when authorization ends, security concerns arise, or these terms are violated. Information may continue to be retained as required for legitimate business, accounting or legal purposes, subject to applicable law.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Paradym is not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by Platform interruptions, inaccurate user submissions or third-party service failures. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. These terms do not override a separately executed customer agreement.

9. Changes and contact

Paradym may update these terms and will publish the revised version here with a new effective date. Questions may be directed to Paradym Solutions Inc. through its established business contact channels.
